By accessing or using the Xtract PDF AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Xtract PDF AI provides an AI-powered service that extracts structured data from PDF documents and converts it into Excel format. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Paid plans renew automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees in advance for each billing period.
Access to paid features and subscription credits is tied to successful payment. Subscription credits are usage entitlements for the applicable billing period, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the end of that billing period unless otherwise stated by us in writing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer billing portal. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the then-current paid billing period and will not renew automatically afterward.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and other charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused subscription credits.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully collected, we may revoke the related subscription credits, suspend or limit access to paid features, and take any other reasonable action needed to protect the integrity of the Service and our billing systems.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Xtract PDF AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it, and your use of the Service in connection with such User Content, complies with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service:
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall Xtract PDF AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
